Our client is a fast growing Management Company with large international presence. Due to an increase of work, the Finance Department is now looking for an additional Accounts Payable, reporting directly to the Finance Manager. This role can bring you to your next level as it is not just pure Accounts Payable, but also incorporates a large analytical part. Career prospects are excellent as the company plans on further expansion.
YOUR ROLE
As an Accounts Payable Officer you will have the following responsibilities:
Validate the supplier’ invoices in the general ledger.
Process month-end closing entries supplier accruals/expenses
Regular follow up of debtors and creditors account reconciliations.
Analyze budget variances and report to department heads.
Participate in the annual budget cycle and quarterly forecasts.
Daily bank reconciliations for various currencies and companies.
YOUR PROFILE
University degree in Accounting. (Partly) ACCA qualified is a big advantage.
