Senior Manager - Employment Tax - London - Competitive Salary.
Ernst & Young's Financial Services Tax practice provides tax advisory, transactions and compliance services to a variety of clients in the Financial Services market. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Employment Tax Manager to join the Financial Services' Human Capital team that provides innovative solutions in the areas of Performance & Reward, Global Mobility and Employment Tax Consulting. This role will be instrumental in leading and driving the Financial Services' employment tax offering forward.
Your client responsibilities:
*Build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service *Actively involved in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients. *Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business driven approach taken *Be involved in the management of the team both in terms of strategy and operations and also through managing junior staff development and assignments
Qualifications:
*Experienced employment tax practitioner *FS industry knowledge / experience preferred *Negotiation skills, able to sustain opinion and handle challenges *Team player with ability to create, sustain and lead effective teams *Client driven and strategically and commercially aware *Excellent communicator in a range of situations both written and oral. *Enthusiastic and flexible attitude to work *ACA / CA / Tax Inspectors with full Technical Training course / Law qualification / CTA (or breadth of knowledge equivalent to CTA)
