Relationship Manager, Global Securities Services
Our client is a global market leader and premier provider of trust and agency services to the capital markets worldwide. They are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to work within their established team managing key client relationships. You will need strong product knowledge within Corporate Trusts, Commercial Paper, MTN, ECP, Corporate Bonds and/or Vanilla debt products. CDO, MBS, Escrow and Project Finance experience is a bonus.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibility for the portfolio of existing client relationships
Ensure all transactions and client deadlines are met
Responsible for ongoing Deal and Transaction Events
Liaise with business partners (GFO, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Trustee, Product Development, Sales and Marketing and Transaction Services) to ensure the highest levels of client service in compliance with BAC standards
Be a representative at various industry bodies and conventions with a view of expanding market awareness of the Relationship Management group
Have regular interaction with investors and clients
Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling and attending various client pitches, sales calls etc.
Manage consistent revenue growth against stretched targets
Originate and execute new business from existing client portfolio
You will need to have expertise in Structured products and/or Corporate Trust with a thorough knowledge of Debt Capital Markets, as well as proven experience of managing client relationships and closing/administering Debt Capital Markets transactions.
Your experience will include the reviewing and negotiating of legal documents, strong communication skills and a responsive, flexible and proactive approach.
