The Role
Managing a team of four people, you will be responsible for ensuring that the highest levels of quality are met. You will be responsible for:
Legal counselling in Corporate Law
Managing international and Luxembourgish based companies
Consulting on Luxembourg and Offshore companies, ordinary and extra-ordinary operations
Consulting on mergers and acquisitions, compliance, dissolutions and liquidation of Companies
Providing domiciliary services and legal advices to the clients to the Management and the other departments

The Profile
In order to be successful in your application you must be focussed on committing yourself to the long term success of the organisation and have the desire to continue grow your skills and experience and become a leader in your field. You must also meet the following criteria:
Minimum education: Law Degree but ideally a more advanced legal qualification.
5-7 years of experience in a similar role in a Fiduciary, a law firm or from the Big 4 in Luxembourg
Previous experience in people management
Fluent English is mandatory (Italian and/or French is required and any other language is an asset)
Strong and dynamic personality, ability to take decisions in a short time, and problem solving skills
