Legal Counsel - Real Estate Investment - Luxembourg
My client is a fast growing international real estate investment firm who are now looking to recruit a legal counsel (m/f) for its Luxembourg office (but open to travel).
The main responsibilities are:
*Legal advice and management of Luxembourg companies *Legal assistance to Luxembourg regulated investment funds *Drafting of legal documentation *Legal monitoring of real estate projects and coordination with the involved service providers
Profile:
You will be a self-starter who is organized, flexible, rigorous, reactive, with great drafting abilities and strong interpersonal skills to join a multi cultural team in an expanding company.
Education:
-A legal degree of a period of 4-5 years minimum; -Experience of at least 3-4 years in corporate law and/or in the legal management of investment funds; -Experience in matters relating to real estate investment.
Fluency in English and French is essential (written and spoken), German would be an advantage.
