Job Qualifications: • Track record of a minimum of 10 years relevant banking experience/familiarity and knowledge of banking products and local market • Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to people development and team work • Good strategic perspective and effective execution capability • Commercial minded with team marketing and service orientation • Client focused and business driven with the ability to anticipate client's needs, reorganise marketing opportunities, driving for viable improvement and delivering revenue in effective way • Good organisational and planning skills in setting goals and meeting targets • Good understanding of credit issues and ability to prepare credit submissions • Knowledge of KYC and AML issues (including operational risks) • Excellent verbal and written communications skills Job Responsibilities: • Manage the bank's portfolio of global payments and trade clients. • Lead, train and work closely with customer service colleagues to identify and satisfy client needs. Be the focal point of reference for the client service team • Recommend and advocate enhancements to service that will keep banking as a market leader in the payments and trade services business. • Maintain broad knowledge of banking products and capabilities - in order to identify/foster cross-sell opportunities with clients and prospects
