APAC CEO Office partners with our internal business partners to deliver customized business solutions that resolve their most significant issues and create lasting competitive advantage for our Wealth Management business. Utilizing industry experience and functional expertise, the team looks beyond standard solutions to develop new insights, mobilize business strategies, drive tangible results, and position our business even stronger.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Manage assessment, prioritisation and implementation of change requests and new requirements relating to the Wealth Management front office applications (in particular iCAWB, dealing with CRM mainly) in Hong Kong and Singapore
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders in markets and other functions to understand and address business requests
• Lead and manage all iCAWB related projects together with the IT lead in charge and being accountable for successful, seamless and timely delivery of projects
• Specify and endorse the business requirements as well as conduct business impact analysis
• Conduct business impact analysis and drive the UAT (incl. specification of test concepts and test cases and co-ordination of UAT activities)

Requirements:

Our ideal candidates should have the following requisites:

• Profound experience with project management and change management (at least 3-5 years with mid-sized to large projects); ideally gained within a Wealth Management environment
• Expertise with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Ability to build harmonious, effective and responsive relationships with cross functional partners
• Strong communication skills in the interaction with various internal business partners across different seniority levels
• Contributing actively to establishment of effective partnerships and reaching consensus among different interest groups
