Our client is a leading broad based financial services organisation focused on wealth management. With a market leading position in Australia, coupled with an extensive financial planning distribution network, they are well placed to continue their success.  

Working closely with the Head of the Practice, your mandate will be to lead and motivate a team of financial planners while ensuring client needs are met through the delivery of quality financial advice. Specific responsibilities will include:  

  • Leading, coaching and managing a team of financial planners to achieve business targets 
  • Developing and facilitating marketing plans and business strategy 
  • Providing coaching to financial planners on sales process and compliance 
  • Imparting business acumen 
  • Performance management 

Critical to your success in this role will require superior leadership and sales management skills gained within the financial planning or funds management industry. With a track record in sales, you will be energetic with a proactive and commercial approach and demonstrate empathy for financial planners. You will be RG146 compliant and hold relevant tertiary qualifications.

This represents an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Practice/Sales Manager with marketing flare to take on a challenging appointment offering recognition and reward.
