We currently have a great opportunity for Snr Financial Specialist in the Finance department, based at the Company’s Corporate Headquarters in Bedford MA. Main Duties Include: Provides full financial support and analysis to Operational departments of Pricing and Reference Data. Provides key financial support to the Director of Prcing and Reference Data, Planning and Analysis Responsible for developing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for Operational groups Supports development of strategic initiative budgets as well as track and report monthly results Supports Operational management on developing the short term financial goals for the Operations organization Proactively works with Financial team members in multiple geographical regions to ensure consistent, global reports and analysis Analyzes monthly account activity in key Operational areas to ensure monthly results are accurate Presents Operational managers with monthly results performance against budget Works on specific ad hoc projects as designated by Sr Management Reconciles monthly capital activity within Operational areas Monitors personnel & purchase requisitions within the Operational areas Qualifications: BA in Accounting or Finance Required. Five or more years finance and/or accounting experience (minimum of four years in financial planning & analysis roles). Previous planning, project management, and variance analysis experience. Previous budgeting, planning, and monthly variance tracking experience necessary. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated business impact Financial planning and/or reporting systems experience is necessary (OutlookSoft and Oracle preferred) Extremely proficient in Excel skills Strong cross-functional communication/people skills Interactive Data is an Equal Opportunity Employer Job Keywords: financial planning & analysis, Oracle, OutlookSoft
