For one of our client involved in the insurance sector we look for a Senior consolidation and reporting controller, comptable, finance, IFRS, SAP
Description de la fonction
> Defining common accounting standards and consolidation rules for the five entities of the Group in order to harmonize financial reportings and rules at a group level.
> Define a common accounting standard (IFRS) for all five entities of the Group (located in Belgium, Austria, Czech Republic and Russia). > Harmonize the accounting rules for all entities within the Group. > Define the consolidation rules. > Be in charge of the consolidation and the controlling of the accounts. > Be responsible for the harmonization of the financial reporting. > Ensure the implementation of the required IT-software systems (SAP, etc.). > Be in charge of the financial reporting to the Management Board members. > Remark: the accounting itself is done within each separate entity of the Group. This position focuses on the harmonization, consolidation and controlling of the financial figures.
PROFIL SOUHAITE
> Master in financial/economic sciences. > Minimum three to five years experience in financial consolidation and reporting in an international environment. > Experience in the implementation of harmonization and reporting rules. > Good knowledge of Belgian GAAP and of IFRS. > Knowledge of SAP is a plus, especially module Fi-Co. > Willing to travel abroad on a regular basis. > Initiator with a talent to coordinate a team. > Excellent knowledge of English along with Dutch and French.
