Your role:
Your primary responsibility is to ensure the effective running of the day to day operations of the department. You are escalation point for queries from distributers and oversee the account opening and reporting activities of your team. You will be given full responsibility to develop a team of three with regards to recruitment, training, performance appraisals and salary aspects. Within a dynamic, positive work environment with strong ethical standards this will require a credible individual with strong communication and people management skills. In order to qualify for this role it is vital that you are able to combine those skills to keep up and improve efficiency levels whilst maintaining a culture of positivity and team work.
Requirements for this role:
* Significant experience in all Transfer Agency functions with a specialisation on registration and ideally AML/KYC knowledge * Experience in planning, initiating and following through to meet objectives * Strong people management skills * Dynamic and driven with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. * Willingness to remain abreast of relevant market developments and industry initiatives * Ability to coordinate across department to meet client needs * Proactivity and ability to identify, recommend and implement solutions * Fluency in English is mandatory; German and / or French is an asset * Strong IT skills
