Our client is initiating coverage for Japanese corporate clients in the region and would like to invite an experienced Japanese DCM banker to join the team. Only Japanese need to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advisory and financing solutions to large corporate clients in Asia excluding Japan

• Originate and structure financing solutions, syndicated loan facilities, and structured finance transactions for these clients

• Coordinate the legal documentation and due diligence process

• Coverage of clients in the region so travelling is expected
