Top International boutique is looking for a top tier analyst or junior associate to join its dedicated M&A team in London. A background in M&A or a sector coverage team team at a leading Investment bank or Boutique is essential.
The firm is one of the leading names in providing independent M&A advice across a full range of sectors. They are the leading name in the mid-market across Europe, with an unrivalled position and reputation across multiple sectors.
They focus on deals across the mid-market and large cap space, providing M&A, restructuring and debt advisory services to corporates, private equity houses and financial institutions.
They are now looking to add a top quality analyst 2, 3 or a junior associate to the team. Ideally they are looking for someone with top tier training at a leading investment bank, or in a top tier boutique. A sector focus on chemicals is an advantage, as is fluency in German or French. However please note these are not prerequesites. A strong academic background is also required, with candidates expected to have graduated from a leading University with a minimum of a 2:1
This role will suit someone who is looking to gain greater exposure to the deal process by working in a leaner team structure than in a bulge bracket, but who doesn't want to compromise on the quality of the firm they are working for.
