They are now inviting prospective high flying business development executives with life insurance experience for the below post. Our client is highly respected in the market and offers a dynamic working environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a Business Development Team to support advisors on business development of various types of products including individual financial products, investment-linked products and other wealth accumulation products
  • Provide superb sales support to distribution partners to attract more business and identify new product opportunities and structures
  • Meet with Agency Leaders regularly and monitor business development presentation and training
  • Network with internal peers to deliver Retail product solutions
  • Consider distribution partners’ inputs when planning business strategies

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree holder with a CFA qualification preferred
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in life or asset management or investment banking industry
  • Strong background in protection and wealth and investment products
  • Experience in the selling of protection, wealth and investment products
  • Experience in managing Agency distribution and Independent distribution channels a definite advantage

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

  • Professional knowledge in business development area with strong sales management capability
  • Effective presentation and training skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills at managing internal superiors, peers and team as well as managing external relationships
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Strong Negotiation and Deal-making skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and with strategic thinking
  • Business acumen and client oriented
