A sought after opportunity has become available for a professional individual to join our Investment Advisor Support team in London, a key centre for Credit Suisse Private Bank. Our Private Bank hosts a large, experienced team that manages the financial affairs of UK-domiciled and non-domiciled private clients, UK based entrepreneurs, family offices, trusts and charities. There are also regionally based teams of relationship managers who provide coverage throughout the UK. As a global business, London has dedicated, multi lingual relationship managers who are responsible for clients throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Latin America and South Africa. As an Investment Advisor (Trainee Assistant), you will be responsible for delivering a high level of administrative support to our Advisors and Clients. Duties are varied and include documentation, mailings, creating and maintaining client files, processing Client Deposit requests, resolving general client account related discrepancies, tracking commissions and fees and being involved in preparation of client and prospect presentations. Under supervision, you may execute client orders, however no Investment Advice may be given at this level Academically, you need to be Degree qualified in a business discipline (or equivalent) and will also have completed your CF30 FSA Registration (Regulations, Securities and ideally Derivatives). Completion of Derivatives within your first six months of employment is required. Your personal attributes include displaying strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, having an exceptional client service focus, ability to work on your own initiative and able to build effective relationships with other internal departments and external Investment companies.
