An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within one of Australia’s largest wealth managers.  My client is seeking a Program Manager who has experience of deploying transformation initiatives and overseeing the rollout of key projects and change management initiatives. You will be responsible for the planning, prioritising, governance and change management of this transformation.

The transformation initiative is across one of the financial planning groups of our clients. Critical to the program's success you will need to be able to understand the needs and expectations of external and internal stakeholders, so knowledge of the financial planning market would be highly advantageous.  

You will be experienced at the Senior Project Manager level with extensive experience in the design, planning and implementation of projects, change interventions and supporting processes. You will have previous experience in determining and analysing business needs and will have financial services experience, ideally financial planning.

The successful candidate must have the following skills and experience:

- Experience of managing a portfolio of transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Change Management methodologies.
- Financial Services experience, ideally knowledge and appreciation of Financial Planner processes and practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to enable you to communicate with all levels of the business.
- Experience in leading a team of skilled professionals.
