Head of Transfer Agency Product (Global) - MD levelDevelop and drive the direction of the Transfer Agency business within Fund ServicesManage the P&L for WHEM and EMEA Transfer Agency, and contribute to APACCreate and manage a global product team structure which clarifies individual responsibility yet drives internal strategy and service integration from a client's perspectiveDevelop and implement a robust Transfer Agency global product vision including comprehensive regional strategies around markets, clients, platforms and financialsDrive new product development including implementing product extensions for current product offerings in light of evolving market trends, client requirements and regulatory changesDrive strategic product development including Project Strada (UK market entry & new EMEA platform), an Asian service delivery model, and WHEM product strategyEnhance product management activities including pricing, product positioning & packaging, and competitivenessRefine contracts, SLAs, pricing structure and more to reflect product strategy, risk and regulatory environment, system and operational changes, etc.Build productive relationships with our senior clients, speak the client language and be able to clearly communicate we understand their issues and prioritiesWork with Segment globally to ensure product definition understood & embedded in sales and client management processes; ensure alignment around strategy, target market, etc.Actively work with the global sales, relationship management and service delivery teams to provide technical product sales support in order to grow the P&LDevelop excellent subject matter experts able to work closely with prospects and clients to drive activities ranging from requirements definition to detailed design, and in partnership with Product Architecture, Delivery, Technology & Operations, ensuring the successful implementation of new business, client change and product sponsored initiativesWork with our Technology and Operations colleagues across multiple sites in managing all aspects of Risk and Controls associated with the businessWork with Technology & Operations to drive efficiencies throughout the business model while maintaining appropriate service and quality standardsDrive international expansion and lead the associated NBIA process for new markets and new products where appropriateProvide internal and external product advocacy through active participation at industry forums / conferences, Working Groups and assorted media communicationsPrepare product development updates and conduct internal training sessions for Relationship Management, Client Services, Sales, Service Delivery and new staff, as required on industry trends, or new product developments.
