Supporting the Group Controller this role will be responsible for the smooth consolidation and reporting for the group. As part of the statutory accounting team this role will also ensure all entities are operating under an effective control environment with particular emphasis on IAS and USGAAP. The role will also be a key player in all continuous improvements and financial systems projects as well as being the go to person for all technical accounting issues. Staff management is a pre requisite for the role along with a passion for mentoring and up skilling the team.

CA Qualified you will ideally be Big 4 trained and will be currently working for an international financial services group in a technical accounting/reporting role. Strong IFRS is a must for this role along with an ability to successfully lead a team. Excellent presentation skills will also be highly regarded as this role will interact with senior management across the group. * Please note, only candidates with a recent financial services background will be considered for this role.
