The Client Service Support Analyst is responsible for liaising with internal business partners and the client to resolve any business issues. Our clients are multinational, operating from various locations globally and therefore have an expectation to be serviced in their local language.
Provide exceptional service to our clients worldwide. Work very closely with the other GPS and GTS departments, ensuring that client requests and enquiries are implemented/ resolved in a timely manner covering all of the “working capital management” service and product offerings. A track record of providing support to corporate clients and/or financial institutions. This experience should be gained in a Bank through participating within a Client Service, Payment, Accounting or Treasury department
The successful applicant should be a good communicator (oral and written), possess enthusiasm for delivering an exceptional level of service to the Bank’s clients, be flexible during periods of change and be self motivated
Fluency in Arabic
Preferred
Applicants should already be familiar with at least two of the following applications – Aries, Cosmos, Das, AutoRecord, CLAIMS and Internet/Intranet sites
A basic understanding of the Bank’s information reporting and/or payment delivery systems would be advantageous
