Sitting on the leadership team, the key purpose of this role is to provide commercial leadership to the business in relation to its retail banking offering. Working collaboratively, you will take responsibility for achieving sales, value and P & L targets. You will develop and drive the overall business strategy while working with other teams such as marketing to create both value and compelling propositions for customers.

The successful individual will be able to demonstrate a history of exceeding targets while managing a P & L within a retail banking environment. This may well have been gained within the Product Management discipline; however you will also need to be able to show an ability to conceptualise and drive strategy.  It is assumed you will posses in depth product knowledge of credit cards and / or other retail banking products.
