Our client is a leading, middle market private equity fund that has managed to raise substantial capital in what have been the most testing of markets. 

The team in question focuses on the wider Energy space, more specifically Utilities/Power (rather than O&G). 

An opportunity exists to join the team and get immediate exposure to the complete deal lifecycle, from start to finish. You will be involved from idea generation and due diligence through to deployment of capital and close. 

Profiles sought are those with 2-6 years of bulge bracket M&A deal experience, preferably from either a generalist M&A team or from an Energy M&A industry coverage team.
