The Institutional Securities Documentation (ISD) group is seeking a Master Agreement Negotiator within the Interest Rate, Currency and Credit area.  The ISD team sits on the Interest Rate, Currency and Credit trading floor and forms part of the Sales & Trading Division/Bank Resource Management.  The focus of the role will be on master trading documentation (ie, ISDAs, CSAs) for a variety of Interest Rate, Currency and Credit  derivative products, which tend to be heavily negotiated.  This role also involves legal analysis of jurisdictional issues and counterparties’ capacity to undertake derivatives trading.

As this role involves daily interaction with clients and senior members of the firm, excellent people skills and the ability to inspire confidence are essential

Skills required:

• Relevant experience in negotiating ISDA Master Agreements and CSAs and/or derivatives

• High level of attention to detail

• Good team player with ability to work independently
