Job Responsibilities:
To provide full management and financial accounting support. To ensure compliance with Group, Statutory and Fiscal policies and procedures.
To provide detailed cost analysis and remind the senior leadership of the cost risk.
To ensure monthly Management Accounts, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Reporting Package are prepared and reported within strict deadlines. All variances must be investigated and corrective actions taken where appropriate in conjunction with the senior management team.
To keep the data maintenance into Group finance system of ER
To be in charge of the tax application of income tax, VAT, business tax, stamp tax, other relative tax etc.
To be in charge of the financial document filing and back up etc management.
To be responsible for yearly checking and auditing.
To support business leader to meet company target and other tasks.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 10 years experience in the area of Finance, Costing, Controlling and Planning with proven track records in financial management experience with MNC (manufacturing environment)
Strong proficiency in IFRS and China statutory accounting/ reporting, standard costing, internal control, tax, audit, etc…
Good knowledge and experience of SAP and toll manufacturing is advantageous.
Experience of dealing with Senior Managers, within both Manufacturing and commercial environments.
A strategic thinker who is able to see the “big picture” while maintaining attention to detail. A strong intellect, with an organized, analytical approach. Willing to “push back” and challenge conventional thinking. Good strategic planning and value-based management skills.
Strong business acumen and result oriented
Excellent people and communication skills to effectively deal with personnel at all levels
Problem solver and timely decision making
Proven team leader with the ability to manage, motivate and develop staff.
A good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
