A large Global Investment Bank in Canary Wharf is looking to recruit a Graduate Programme Advisor to manage the ongoing development for graduates joining the bank and providing support in the development, planning and execution of the graduates’ inductions programmes across the business.
You will report into the Graduate Programme Manager and will work alongside another advisor. Responsibilities include: Coordinating and vendor managing programmes; Working with Graduate Programme Manger to plan and execute the Associate Program; Working closely with the business to ensure best practice is adopted rotations are managed; Planning and managing the rotation process for various business areas, managing the permanent placement process; Managing the compensation review and reviewing any poor performers.
Our client is ideally looking for someone who has strong Graduate Programme Management experience ideally in an Investment Bank. You may have a background as an HR Generalist, where you have managed performance, appraisals and compensation reviews. Budget experience is also an advantage.
It is essential that you have solid relationships management skills, are proactive and an effective communicator. You need to be resilient to change and able to work autonomously as well as part of a wider team. You need to be energetic and prepared for a challenge and demonstrate intuition.
