Unique role with renowned bank for an established senior corporate banker with superior business development and sales management experience. Will head the Multinational Corporates Division and will be responsible for driving the performance of the entire RM sales force, across all countries in the region.

A senior corporate banking job in Dubai has arisen in one of the fastest-growing areas of this renowned financial institution. 
 
This job has two distinct functions to it:
1.       To develop and manage the Multinational Corporations division
2.       To drive an improvement in the performance of the entire RM sales force, across all countries in the region.
 
As an experienced, hands on corporate banker and dynamic sales manager, your focus will be to create an RM competency framework, asses their capabilities and work with them towards development of their relationship management skills. You will assist their career progression by providing growth opportunities and delivering a supreme culture of sales and service.
 
On the business side of multinational corporations, you will need to use your skills in business development both internally and externally to leverage off existing customers within the group and to bring in further business.  As you will be working across many countries, you must have experience in at least two distinct geographic locations.  Tjhe role will involve signficant travel.

This is a high profile and rewarding role that will test your skills in Business Management, People Development and ability to identify and implement cultural change. 

Requirements

  • Business or accounting related degree (MBA/ACA)
  • 10 years successful relationship management and Multinational Corporates’ experience
  • Understanding of Commercial Banking products
  • Able to lead, coach, and supervise remote team members effectively
  • Matured and result orientated
  • Able to adopt a good understanding of the general, economic, political and business environment of each country within the region
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
