Our client is a global leader in custody, asset management and asset servicing. It has an established business in Asia Pacific and is continuing to expand in the region. It is looking for a senior Relationship Manager for its growing custody business.

Reporting into the Head of Relationship Management in Singapore, you will be responsible for key custody and trust client relationships. By understanding clients’ business needs you will ensure these are addressed, anticipated and managed on an ongoing basis. You will draw upon a wealth of master custody knowledge and use this to address any issues or needs as appropriate. You will liaise with the client service team to ensure timely resolution of all deliverables as well as addressing ad-hoc issues. You will take responsibility for sales presentations, cross-selling of products and producing appropriate materials. You will also have a responsibility for maintaining a profitable and compliant relationship with your clients.

You will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in client services within the securities industry. You will have good knowledge of trust or asset management, accounting, portfolio management and general finance. You will be an excellent communicator, with good leadership, negotiation, delegation and strong interpersonal abilities.

Fluency in Mandarin is a prerequisite.
