2. Looking at experienced relationship managers who come across as steady, matured & reliable. Important that they speak & carry themselves well.

3. Pay to be competitive with market.

4. To manage accounts with larger AUM from $250k onwards.

5. Looking for passion & drive in them to build a client relationship business.

6. Maturity & steadiness in them to understand the importance of service as a means to an end in their business.

7. Each candidate must have outstanding sales track records.

8. Prepared to commit to min 2-3 yrs with the in this franchise and experiences with the last employers must be minimum at least 2 years at each bank.
