Key attributes for candidates at this level are:

• Decision making on complex loan products for institutional clients
• Strong decision making skills with impressive understanding of the mechanics of a deal
• The ability to operate within and deal with senior level credit executives
• Credit workshopping and structuring
• Risk grading and modelling methodology
• Sharp, intelligent & analytical
• The ability to work with and influence key stakeholders
• A proven track record in credit risk or as a transactor within the field
• Excellent leadership skills
