An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Analyst with excellent people management skills for a leading Bank based in the City in their Credit Risk Management Division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for predicting and managing credit risk. The tasks involve overseeing daily credit limit monitoring procedures as well as identifying related information such as event of default. You will be responsible for credit risk reporting and valuation of banking portfolio assets including underwriting loan transactions. Other duties will include managing covenant and collateral monitoring functions.
You will be responsible for managing a small team as well as deputising for the department manager in their absence.
To be successful, you will have excellent understanding of Credit Risk analysis and portfolio methodologies. Understanding valuation concept is essential. You are highly mathematical and have the knowledge of corporate finance, leverage, project finance, and syndication within credit risk function. Due to nature of role, excellent Excel and Access skills are essential with Japanese language skills being considered highly advantageous.
