This person will work with a team to analyze existing trading programs and enhance, develop and build better state of art execution models. The candidate will be expected to have a PhD degree in a quantitative science and have 3-5 years of experience modeling strategies on a Program Trading desk and building equity algorithmic models. This is a position for a hard core developer with a practitioners understanding of algo models who can also implement their ideas in code.
