Our client is an Asian-based private equity firm with an established presence in the Asia Pacific region. With the recent growth of investment opportunities in the North Asia region, they are now seeking for an experienced Private Equity professional to join their China team.

Based in Beijing, the successful candidate will perform an integral part of the investment process in the PRC region. Your main responsibilities include actively source and identify potential investment opportunities, conduct in-depth due diligence processes together with industry analysts, consultants, accountants and lawyers and finally the execution of the investment transactions in the PRC region. You will also required to perform post investment monitoring, portfolio valuation & reporting to investors.

To qualify, you should be a university graduate with at least 5 years of experience gained with private equity firms, investment banks and/or leading management consultancy firms with a strong focus in the China market. You must possess excellent analytical as well as interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and written skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a must.
