Our client is a major international investment bank with a growing presence in London. As part of a wider drive to bolster their global financial markets business, they have recently hired a number of key individuals into their legal team.

They’re currently seeking an experienced Master Agreement negotiator to join their expansion. Reporting directly to the Regional Head, you will be responsible for supporting the global trading business by covering all aspects of relevant documentation (ISDA, GMRA).

Experience of more complex arrangements with fund managers (such as pension, insurance funds) and hedge funds is essential, as is a fundamental grasp of global markets documentation more generally.

The role will involve significant business exposure and a high degree of responsibility from the beginning. The ability to handle pressure and prioritise is key, as is the ability to build relationships within the wider bank.
