An essential element in this growth strategy is to recruit a Senior Manager for the business. The company is seeking an exceptional individual who has the ability and enthusiasm to grow the Financial Services consulting practice. The candidate will work closely with the leadership team across existing clients whilst simultaneously driving growth in this practice through new business development. Building on the firm’s existing intellectual property the practice leader will add a new strategic perspective to the local service offering. 

The client is seeking a high calibre professional with substantial experience from a Big Four consulting firm. You will have demonstrated strong Financial Services sector knowledge and deep understanding of large scale finance transformation processes. Your thought leadership and strategic business development capabilities, combined with the firm’s global network and strong track record, will enable you to take this practice in Australia to the next level.
