Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the strategic planning process for the sales channels
• Producing regular P&L reporting and analysis for the channels along with forecast updates and measurement against plans
• Communicating embedded value of new business reporting
• Agreeing special terms with the distributors
• Providing financial guidance on various projects (many of which will revolve around product development)
• Designing and operating compensation schemes for the sales staff
• Providing financial support to the marketing and product development departments
• Working closely with the management and statutory accounting teams
• Managing a team of three accountants

To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified accountant with experience in a similar role in the investment management arena.
