SunTrust Bank is currently seeking a Derivative Documentation negotiator with responsibility to prepare and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements and ancillary documents in the Capital Markets arena. The position is located in Atlanta, GA.
The ideal candidate will preferably have a vast knowledge of the Derivative business including Fixed Income and Equity Derivatives. This person will prepare and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements and ancillary documents for Derivatives. They will need to work very closely with the Derivatives Marketing group, Relationship Managers and Customers as well as internal and external legal counsel. They will need to gain a good understanding when others from the business, operations, credit and legal groups need to be involved in the negotiation. They will need to be very organized, detailed and responsive to marketing and customers.
A College degree is required. Two or more years in negotiating ISDA Master Agreements and a very good understanding of the Derivatives business is required. Organized with very good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
