Our Global Client Services team is critical to our success and provides high caliber customer support & value-added services to our rapidly expanding client base.

TradingScreen, the leading global provider of multi-broker, multi-asset trading systems to the buy-side, is accelerating the technical evolution of the financial markets by providing a fully integrated, customer-oriented trading service platform to institutional investors on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model. The proprietary TradingScreen platform links institutional investors and sell-side firms together to facilitate order routing, algorithmic trading, execution management, clearing, and additional value-added services, such as pre-trade analysis, real straight-through-processing, post-trade analysis, and prime brokerage enabling across all asset classes. TradingScreen provides global coverage from offices in New York, Chicago, London, Paris, Geneva, Madrid, Sao Paulo, Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo.

Our Global Client Services team is critical to our success and provides high caliber customer support & value-added services to our rapidly expanding client base.  As a Client Services Business Graduate, your role will not only include implementation, client training & relationship management tasks, but also the provision of high quality support to our professional client base.  This is a very challenging role in a dynamic environment that provides an exciting and unique opportunity to gain a holistic knowledge of the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities Include:

-          Provision of support for all product functionality, content and connectivity issues

-          Implementation of new business and service upgrades

-          Provision of internal support to account management and sales teams

-          Close liaison with product management & commercial teams to help further development of our product and service offerings

Qualifications and Experience:

-          Educated to a degree standard of B.A. or B.S.

o        Major in financial markets/economics a plus

-          A genuine interest in financial markets

-          Ability to speak second European language.  French required.

-          Excellent communication skills

-          Outstanding telephone manner

-          An exemplary customer service ethic

-          Excellent problem solving skills

-          An enthusiastic, hardworking and flexible persona

Work Authorization:

Candidate must be authorized to work in the UK.  No work visa sponsorship.

Salary Band: 25,000 to 27,000 GBP
