Andrew Notter is recruiting a Fund Accountant for a reputable international private equity group.
This is a great opportunity to join an established organisation with a focus on the ongoing importance of its Luxembourg operations.
The Fund Accountant will be responsible for all accounting requirements for investments and funds established in Luxembourg and also for the ongoing support of governance activities that take place in Luxembourg for investment companies.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and develop 1 junior team member *Maintain investment company accounts and portfolio investment summaries *Liaise with accountants, lawyers, tax advisors and other third parties. *Prepare for board meetings *Maintain understanding of portfolio companies (as it relates to board meeting preparation and investment accounting preparation. *General Luxembourg office management

Profile:
*Minimally fluent in English and French (additional language proficiency preferable but not mandatory) *At least 3-5 years of experience working in Luxembourg *ACA Qualified (or equivalent) *2 - 3 years post qualification experience *Direct work experience with private equity sector and/or exposure to financial services
