One of the world's leading financial firms is looking to hire an Senior Equity Analyst into their Global Research team. The role will be responsible for primary coverage of a given sector and will be expected to evaluate industry groups and perform detailed analysis on companies listed across the Pan-Asia region. The successful candidate will be expected to produce clear and concise research reports, and present these ideas to clients.
Analyst must be conversant on a wide range of companies with independent sources of information and contacts; must maintain an extensive coverage list and respond timely to breaking news developments on companies throughout his/her sector. Must be collaborative; willing to take guidance from other team members and share insights. Candidate will be able to adapt his/her analysis to specified formats, templates, styles and firm deadlines.
The role requires a strong Finance-related degree, at least 5 years experience conducting equity analysis in Asia and fluency in Mandarin.
