Key responsibilities include:
Work with colleagues across Finance to develop and enhance existing MIS Reporting of Intra-month Balance Sheet Usage, Capital and RWA Metrics
Act as a key contact for Business Management to assist with and respond to queries in this regard
Work closely with “Change the Bank” (CTB) Business Process Analysts to ensure that reporting requirements covering Balance Sheet Usage, Capital and RWA are properly defined and prioritised within Strategic Finance Reporting Change Programmes
Proactively review and develop own understanding of FTB information flows to identify potential areas of improvement and enhancement to existing MIS Reporting
Work closely with colleagues across the Bank, including the Business, Operations and Accounting Policy on the implementation of new Balance Sheet reduction initiatives
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with demonstrable PQE gained in an Investment Bank or other Financial Services environment, good understanding of Fixed Income business and the Financial Impact these transactions have on the Balance Sheet.
