We are searching for a Director to report directly into the CEO, who is able to lead and develop a growing product team that is key to key to the company's growth strategy:
-Product Planning -Product development and execution -Product Marketing
We are looking for an experienced individual with a history of product development in financial markets. The person we are looking for should have a unique combination of creative and analytical talents. He or she must be able to conceptualise new ideas and research and evaluate them objectively from market need, market opportunity, business strategy and financial standpoints. The Product Director must have a strong grasp of technologies and trends within marketing and understand the competitive landscape. This position will be responsible for a team of Product Analysts and Quantitative Analysts. It will be imperative for the selected candidate to exhibit team based leadership as well as define appropriate product development methodologies and structure.
