An Edinburgh based Investment House is looking to recruit an experienced Product Manager to develop and implement proposals for new and existing funds, with a specific focus on authorised investment products including both UK and selected overseas markets.

In this position responsibilities will include:

• 

Working with the Head of Product to develop proposals and manage launch of new authorised investment funds.

• 

Identify and manage implementation of product changes driven by internal or external factors.

• 

Manage and review expenditure on legal and professional advice in respect of authorised investment funds.

Ownership of legal documentation and statutory reporting, including prospectus, simplified prospectus, and associated agreements eg ISDAs, annual reports.

• 

Review and maintain dilution pricing framework and equivalent mechanisms for authorised funds.

• 

Monitor and maintain all existing authorised fund blueprints including annual review incorporating TCF checks.

• 

To be a successful applicant you should have extensive experience in an asset management, and specifically you should have good regulatory knowledge of Investment Funds. Project Management experience will be beneficial and any knowledge of Derivative products will hugely aid your application.
