Vice President, Technology with Fortune 150 firm

The VP, Technology will report to the Corporate CIO, and lead an organization of 300+ individuals, including applications development, applications support, QA, and infrastructure. This person will have to perform in a high transaction and regulated environment where data is critical. The culture is fast paced, high performing, competitive, and collaborative.  Opportunity for future career progression.

Requirements:

  • Technology leader who has managed a team of 125+
  • Strong leadership skills
    • The ability to effectively manage and transform an organization
    • Innovative, creative, strategic and execution oriented
    • Passionate
    • Skilled to affect culture change, mentor and develop staff, and instill a sense of urgency
  • Experience with onshore and offshore resources
  • Preference for experience in a high transaction, regulated environment
  • Advanced degree preferred
