The Collections Manager will ensure a consistent and high quality execution of Collection Strategy through leading, motivation, coaching and development of the Collections Team and Staff to deliver the Collections delinquency and charge off results

What you will deliver for us As a collections manager you will ensure a consistent and high quality execution of collections strategy. You will lead motivate and develop the collections team to deliver the collections delinquency and charge off results as set out by the business.
What you will need
Substantial experience in leading a high performance collections team
Experience in translating and prioritising collection performance Agenda into clear operational plans and targets
Skills/Experience in monitoring coaching and supporting the collections team on technical/product strategy knowledge
