You will have a very good understanding of global financial markets and how equity sales trading desks operate within a Investment banking environment. You must be extremely professional and polished in person and be able to gain the commitment and trust of your existing client relationships who will want to work with you again if you were to move to a new opportunity. Individuals who apply must be well connected  covering Pan European to UK clients and have very good money generating contacts. You should be someone with a can do attitude, naturally someone who can impress clients to pull in business and a person who can really build this function for our client.
