A great opportunity exists within the audit team for Siemens, the global leader in energy, industrial products and healthcare equipment, and a leading technology and research organization which operates in more than 190 countries. This role sits within a new organization operating as a single, global audit function for the company.

While being exposed to significant business travel (70-80%), mostly within Europe, you will be responsible for the completion of selected audit engagements throughout your region

Positions exist within
-Operational Audit: Operational processes such as supply chain management, demand management, resource management, finance and supporting activities.

-Financial Audit: IFRS, U.S. GAAP, Standards from the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB)

-Compliance Audit: One or more of the following topics: anti-bribery and anti-corruption, import/export regulations, Federal Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and environmental regulations and ideally knowledge of regulatory compliance and regulations applicable to the business and operations on a global basis

-IT Audit - COBIT, SAP, business processes, data protection and information security requirements, security access and control, data warehousing, Information Technology general and application controls.

Requirements
- Auditors should have at least 3 years experience as an auditor in a 'Big Four' accounting practice or an international company.
- Managers should have at least 2 years experience as a Manager within audit for a 'Big Four' accounting practice or an international company
- Fluent English (written and spoken) required
- German and other languages are desirable
