Westchester-based Real Estate Private Equity firm is seeking to hire a Financial Analyst to work closely with the Asset Management/Acquisition Team responsible for East Coast real estate projects. Job duties include: underwriting of new acquisitions, financial modeling and analysis of new acquisitions and existing real estate assets, scenario analysis, budgeting and reporting, and assembling and review of relevant economic, demographic and other market information. Bachelors Degree required with a major in business, finance, computer science and accounting strongly preferred. Two to three years real estate experience in Finance, Development or Hotel required.
